For years, county fairs across the county have been hosting the challenge of the Greased Pig Contest. While I have never been brave enough to participate in a good greased pig chase I have convinced Celesse a time or two. I laugh at those dainty little girls in their perfect little ponytails and their matching outfits, no doubt new, chasing a squealing dirty old pig.
